of Sewall’s Point, located at
the eastern edge of Martin
County on a peninsula near
the St. Lucie Inlet to the
Atlantic Ocean. Residents enjoy miles of scenic waterfront views of St. Lucie River to the west and the Intracoastal Waterway to the east.

Originally a community of part-time residents and
retirees, the Town’s
demographics have
changed in recent years
with an influx of many
younger families and full time residents. You now see the well known yellow school bus making many stops in Town and we blessed with an excellent school system in Martin County.

The area offers nearby shops and restaurants, beautiful parks and recreation areas, easy access to offshore fishing, and many cultural activities in nearby communities. Young or old, it would be difficult to find a better place to live.
