IMPORTANT INFORMATION

VIDEO RECORDING SERVICE

The police department has initiated a new service for residents which should be of assistance when filing insurance claims for loss due to damage or theft, and also with the recovery of stolen property.  We have purchased a digital video recorder with funds obtained through a crime prevention grant. At your request, we will schedule an officer to record images of the exterior and interior of your residence.  If you desire, we will record images of any of your personal property and valuables, such as antiques, artwork, china, silverware, and jewelry.  The images will be recorded to a mini-DVD which will be given to you upon completion of the session.  This will serve to document these items and the condition of your home should you need to file an insurance claim in the future. Contact the Police Department at 772-781-3378 to schedule an appointment.
